Returns
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment or provide store credit, depending on your preference. Processing time may take a few business days.
Exchanges
If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will happily replace it for you. Please contact our support team immediately providing photographic evidence of the issue.
